I have put this site together over the last couple of years to help you understand the truth about Bodybuilding and how to grow some ‘muscle’.
There is no get big quick tablet or supplement. What I have written here comes from 25 years of personal experience and is the ‘truth’. I have been 300lbs 21+ arms and all the rest of it, won the national titles, blah blah blah, it’s not rocket science and ‘steroids’ are not the answer, although sadly they are now massively over abused in a lot of sports, down to individuals lacking basic understandings of the human body, exercise and basic nutrition. Lets keep it simple, as it’s not hard and everyone can do it. Not everyone will have 21+ arms but what I have written for you to read, is all you need to know to grow to your genetic potential! This is not BS and hopefully if you take your time to watch the videos and read the articles you will be on track to achieving your goals faster than you ever though possible. If you want to talk sh*t then go to another forum and be an internet nob jockey! I haven’t had a lot of time over the past twelve months to write or make videos but I am sure there are enough quality articles here to keep you busy for a few days.
